DFM (Design for Manufacturability) Analysis
After receiving the customer's design files, the engineering team conducts DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis. They conduct a comprehensive verification on key items such as line width and gap, hole diameter, impedance, soldering, copper thickness, panel assembly, and process boundaries. They identify potential design flaws, process conflicts, and production infeasible points in advance, and output optimization suggestions. These suggestions are used to avoid potential problems such as short circuits, open circuits, and low product yield before the sample production and launch. This ensures that quality risks are intercepted before the product goes into production.
